Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed off to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packed using specialized cold-chain insulation and are dispatched Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs handling charges when they reach the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

If your tracking information does not appear, or you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

To keep dispatch times fast, order processing begins shortly after your order is placed.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We stand behind every order we deliver:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged because of a shipping delay, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement right away.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but it has not arrived, or if any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
